Position Title: Executive / Sr. Executive – Tour Package

Location: Dhanmondi, Dhaka

Department: Tour Package

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in planning tour packages for clients (domestic & international).

  2. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements.

  3. Prepare itineraries, costing, and quotations.

  4. Handle bookings of hotels, transport, and sightseeing.

  5. Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth execution of tours.

  6. Follow up with customers for feedback and reviews.

  7. Maintain records and client data.

  8. Support in handling visa-related documentation if required.

Requirements:

  1. 1–2 years of experience in the travel/tourism sector preferred.

  2. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

  3. Attention to detail and multitasking ability.

  4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  5. Willingness to learn and work under pressure.
