Location:
Tongi (Company shuttle service provided)

Salary Range:
30,000 – 40,000 BDT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue Proforma Invoices (PI) and follow up with customers
  • Maintain excellent communication and relationships with clients
  • Negotiate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and company benefit
  • Manage customer queries and provide timely solutions
  • Handle workload and decision-making under pressure
  • Take ownership of customer accounts and ensure smooth operations
  • Support sales and operations team to achieve business goals

Requirements:

  • Female candidate with excellent communication skills (English & Bangla)
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of working under pressure
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or client management is a plus
