Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management to maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices in procurement activities.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make data-driven purchasing decisions.
  • Manage purchase requisitions, orders, and inventory levels to align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to assess procurement requirements and ensure timely material availability.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on procurement metrics and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Optimize procurement processes through technology and automation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier management and procurement operations.

Key Requirements:

  • For Executive:
    Minimum 2 years of proven track record in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • For Senior Executive:
    Minimum 3-4 years of proven track record in SCM, preferably in reputed organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree from NSU, Brac, AUST, BUET, IBA-DU, KUET, IUB, or EWU.
  • PGD or any professional certification in SCM is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement based practices and industry standards.
