Senior Sales & Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description / Responsibility
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic
Senior Sales & Digital Marketing Manager
to lead our revenue growth and digital expansion efforts. This role requires a strong communicator with proven leadership capability, deep understanding of modern digital marketing, and the ability to build and execute high-impact sales strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen the brand, drive customer acquisition, and deliver measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive
sales and digital marketing strategies
aligned with company goals. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Plan and manage annual marketing and sales budgets efficiently.
Sales Management
- Drive B2B and B2C sales growth through structured pipelines, lead generation processes, and client relationship management.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key market segments.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure—with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and stakeholders.
Digital Marketing Leadership
- Oversee all digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, email automation, and content strategy.
- Lead the creation of integrated digital campaigns that increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor and optimise ROI across all digital channels using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, design, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and customer experience.
- Communicate strategies, progress, and KPIs effectively to senior leadership and executive teams.
- Represent the company in high-level client meetings, industry events, and collaborations.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Masters
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing
Experience Requirements
- 6 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Software Company,E-commerce
Additional Requirements
- 6–10 years of proven experience
in sales and digital marketing, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. - Strong expertise in
strategic planning, team leadership, and communication
. - Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and performance marketing channels.
- Proven track record of leading successful sales pipelines and closing high-value deals.
- Exceptional presentation skills, negotiation skills, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication skills (
Equivalent to band 7.5 in IELTS
).
Additional Preferences
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital services industries.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Strong understanding of branding, creative supervision, and campaign storytelling.
