𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Executive, Customer Experience to join our growing team. You will be the frontline ambassador of Innospace—engaging with customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience across all platforms.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

Manage customer interactions across digital platforms, including live chat, email, WhatsApp, Messenger, and other communication channels.

Record and update details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.

Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.

Build strong, sustainable relationships with clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and coordinate deliveries.

Generate and close sales opportunities by providing product information.

Maintain a solid understanding of company products and services.

Follow up with customers as needed and assist with other tasks assigned by management.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers are encouraged to apply).

Graduates and non-graduates may apply, but graduates are preferred.

Proactive, loyal, and results-driven mindset.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to solving customer issues.

Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, active listening, and problem-solving ability.
