Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Location: Lake View Road, Uttar Badda, Dhaka - 1212

Brief Job Description:

  • Preparing bills for delivered policies (B2B2C)
  • Claim review, investigation, and status updates
  • Communication and follow-up with customers for additional documentation, and missing information or rectification
  • Submission of claims to insurance companies
  • Following up with insurance companies regarding pending claims
  • Sourcing policies from insurance companies (health/travel/accident etc.)
  • Making payments to insurance companies and keeping track
  • Follow-up with insurance companies regarding policy delivery/policy number update on system/certificate uploading on system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or related field
  • Prior experience in customer service/business operation function is preferred but freshers are also encouraged to apply

Additional Qualities/Skills:

  • Fast typing skill and proper digital literacy is a must.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent telephonic manner, personality, and ability to establish a rapport.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure
