Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end booking process to ensure the highest customer experience

  • Check documentation, policies, and regulations

  • Check and confirm transactions against each booking

Maintain updated travel advisory

  • Consult with customers (phone & e-mail), process change or cancellation requests & communicate booking updates

  • Collaborate with external stakeholders (airlines, hotels, GDS…)

  • Continuously identify work process improvements

  • Drive cross-team collaboration to reduce customer query resolution time

Qualifications

  • Minimum undergraduate degree from any reputed university

  • Proficient in English & and Bengali (read, write, speak)

  • Excellent interpersonal & and communication skills

  • Tech savvy (MS Office, CRM, comfortable with new tools)

  • Team player, good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, and goal-focused

  • Agility to adapt to any changes in the existing process and willingness to take up new responsibilities.

  • Willingness to work on a roster basis and on weekends/holidays
