We're looking for an experienced Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize paid ad campaigns for our local and international clients. You'll be a part of our performance marketing team, helping brands grow with strategic media buying and conversion-focused targeting.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

—

– Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping 

– Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis

– Run A/B tests and regularly improve ad copy and creatives

– Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align goals

– Track and report performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 

—

Minimum 1 year of experience in Google Ads

Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and Data Studio

Previous experience with e-commerce or Shopify stores

Must be results-oriented and data-driven

On-site availability preferred for strategy sessions (Dhaka office)

Work Hours:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour break) 


Work Days:

5 days a week (Thursday and Friday Off)
