Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven 
SEO Expert
 to join our marketing team and lead our organic growth strategy. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our overall SEO strategy, which includes technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy to significantly improve our search engine rankings and increase organic traffic and conversions.

Your primary focus will be on conducting in-depth keyword research, optimizing website structure and content, building high-quality backlinks, and staying ahead of search engine algorithm changes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute
     comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page) across all digital platforms.
  • Conduct thorough 
    keyword research
     to identify high-value opportunities and map them to the customer journey.
  • Perform 
    technical SEO audits
     on the website to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexability, site speed, and structured data.
  • Manage and improve 
    Google Search Console
     and 
    Google Analytics
     to monitor performance, identify trends, and troubleshoot errors.
  • Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure all content and new features are highly optimized and adhere to 
    SEO best practices
    .
  • Develop and implement a strategic 
    link-building
     and authority-building plan.
  • Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and use insights to refine our approach.
  • Provide regular reporting on key SEO metrics, including rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, E-commerce

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • 1 to 4 years of professional experience as an 
    SEO Expert
     or SEO Specialist.
  • Prior experience in the following business areas is a plus:
  • IT Enabled Services (ITES)
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startups
  • Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services
  • Technology or SaaS Startups
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing SEO campaigns that resulted in significant organic growth.
  • Expert-level knowledge of 
    SEO tools
     (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  • Deep understanding of current search engine algorithms (e.g., Google's Core Updates) and ranking factors.
  • Strong proficiency in 
    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
     and 
    Google Search Console
    .
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for identifying and communicating technical SEO issues to developers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret large datasets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
