Intern – Ad Sales & Brand Partnerships

Department: Marketing (Ad Sales Division)

Location: Dhaka

Duration: 3–6 months (Paid Internship)

Job Summary

Arogga, Bangladesh's No.1 Online Pharmacy and Healthtech Platform, is looking for a proactive, data-driven, and relationship-oriented individual to join our growing team as an Intern – Ad Sales & Brand Partnerships.

In this role, you will support end-to-end campaign operations, from identifying and onboarding brands to executing advertising campaigns and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams. You'll serve as a bridge between Arogga and its brand partners, ensuring measurable impact and growth for all campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify and qualify potential advertisers and brand partners

Maintain industry-wise outreach databases

Initiate personalized outreach and set up meetings

  1. Pitching & Proposal Development:

Create tailored proposals using Arogga's media formats, case studies, and platform insights

Align campaign strategies with client goals and product relevance

Present, refine, and close proposals based on client feedback

  1. Client Onboarding & Campaign Planning:

Conduct meetings to finalize campaign scope, deliverables, and KPIs

Coordinate with Design, Content, and Operations teams for campaign readiness

Lock campaign budgets, timelines, and obtain formal approvals

  1. Campaign Execution & Coordination:

Manage live campaigns across formats: homepage banners, invoice ads, Lottie animations, product samples, and Meta ads

Ensure timely delivery of creative materials and approvals

Regularly update clients and internal stakeholders

  1. Finance Coordination & Payment Follow-Up:

Track campaign financials: order value, payment terms, and invoicing

Collaborate with Finance to manage VAT, TAX, and Mushak documentation

Follow up with clients for timely payments and ensure proper documentation is shared with Accounts

  1. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor performance metrics (CTR, conversions, impressions, etc.)

Create campaign reports with insights and optimization suggestions

Support upsell and retargeting strategies based on performance

  1. Relationship Management:

Maintain ongoing communication with partner brands

Build trust through transparency, timely updates, and strong campaign support

Help clients maximize ROI and brand visibility on Arogga

Education:

Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English

Attention to detail in campaign tracking and financial documentation

Ability to collaborate with multiple departments

Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel etc.
