About the Role:

We're looking for a
Social Media Management Expert

who understands the
eCommerce industry

inside and out — especially platforms like
Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Walmart

.

You'll be responsible for
creating, managing, and growing our social media presence

, coordinating with our graphics and video editing team to produce engaging content, reels, ugc  and conducting
client outreach via email

to build strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage content across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

  • Collaborate with the
    graphics and video editing team

to gather, refine, and publish engaging visuals and video content.

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with eCommerce industry trends.

  • Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and monitor brand reputation.

  • Conduct
    email outreach to potential clients

, nurturing relationships and driving business inquiries.

  • Track social media performance and prepare regular analytics reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    social media management

, preferably in the
eCommerce or retail sector

.

  • Strong understanding of platforms such as
    Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Walmart

.

  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

  • Ability to coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure consistent brand storytelling.

  • Basic knowledge of email marketing or CRM tools is a plus.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

  • Experience with content scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

  • Understanding of paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram ads,  TikTok Ads, etc.)

  • Familiarity with influencer or brand collaboration management
