The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major advertising platforms and a proven track record of driving measurable sales growth for online businesses. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online visibility, attracting qualified traffic, and converting browsers into buyers.

Role Description

We are seeking an Expert Video Editor for a full-time position at our office in Dhaka. The selected candidate will be responsible for editing video content, incorporating motion graphics, refining colors with professional-grade techniques, and collaborating to produce engaging visual projects. Additional responsibilities include ensuring high-quality production standards and working closely with creative teams to meet project goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Conversion Editing:
    Masterfully edit raw footage into compelling, professional short-form video ads (3-60 seconds) specifically designed to
    maximize click-through rates (CTR) and sales conversions.
  • Platform Specialization:
    Create and optimize video content in various formats (e.g.,
    9:16 vertical
    for Reels/TikTok/Shorts, 1:1 square for Facebook) ensuring high quality and optimal performance across all digital channels.
  • Motion Graphics & Branding:
    Design and integrate dynamic Bangla and English text overlays, lower-thirds, subtitles, and branded motion graphics (using After Effects) to clearly communicate value propositions and drive urgent action.
  • Rapid Iteration:
    Work in a fast-paced environment to deliver multiple, tested variations of a single ad (A/B testing) to determine the best-performing creative hook, CTA, and pacing.
  • Post-Production Polish:
    Execute professional color grading, audio mixing, and sound design to ensure a high-end, polished final product, even from raw smartphone or low-budget footage.
  • Asset Management:
    Organize, archive, and manage all raw footage and final project files efficiently for quick retrieval and repurposing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
    Minimum of
    4+ years
    of professional experience in video editing, with a significant focus on
    e-commerce, digital marketing, or performance advertising.
  • Software Mastery:
    Expert-level proficiency in the
    Adobe Creative Suite
    , including:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
    (Mandatory)
  • Adobe After Effects
    (Mandatory for motion graphics)
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Storytelling & Pacing:
    Exceptional ability to craft a clear, engaging narrative with lightning-fast pacing (especially for the first 3 seconds of a video).
  • Local Market Knowledge:
    Deep understanding of visual trends, consumer behavior, and media consumption habits in Bangladesh.
  • Language:
    Fluency in
    Bangla
    and
    English
    (written) is required, particularly for creating accurate subtitles and text on-screen.
  • Portfolio:
    A strong portfolio demonstrating success in creating short-form, high-impact video ads for tangible products.
