Requirements

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business areas:
    Social media marketing & Search engine marketing
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing digital marketing strategies. Managing online campaigns and monitoring performance. Perform budget allocation and optimization to maximize return on investment.
  • Continuously monitor and refine campaigns for best performance based on KPIs.
  • Set up and manage tracking and data integration. Troubleshoot ad delivery, rejection or performance issues quickly and effectively.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their marketing needs. Collaborating with internal teams for campaign execution. Ensuring timely delivery of marketing goals.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach relevant audiences.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Strong management and leadership abilities.
  • Honest, ethical and able to meet deadlines.

Creative & Content Collaboration:

  • Provide guidance to the creative team for high-converting ad creatives (images, videos and copy).
  • Assist in developing ad copies, headlines and CTAs that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Prepare and present performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement.
