Position Summary

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing & Analytics Executive/Sr. Executive to lead our digital acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate is skilled in paid advertising, SEO, and data analytics — capable of turning insights into impactful marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Paid Advertising (PPC & Media Buying)


• Plan and execute campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn.


• Manage targeting, budgeting, and continuous optimization to maximize ROAS and reduce CPL.


• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages.


• Build and manage custom and lookalike audiences for precise targeting.

  1. SEO & Content Optimization


• Perform keyword research and integrate high-intent keywords into website and blog content.


• Optimize on-page SEO and collaborate with content teams for organic growth.


• Leverage social channels to promote content and gain quality backlinks.

  1. Tracking & Analytics


• Implement and maintain Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager on WordPress.


• Set up and monitor event tracking for conversions and retargeting.


• Ensure data accuracy across all analytics platforms.

  1. Reporting & Insights


• Monitor and analyze performance using GA4, Meta Insights, and other tools.


• Provide regular reports highlighting ROI, trends, and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills


• 1–2+ years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.


• Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).


• Hands-on experience with Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager.


• Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (GA4).


• Experience in the Ed-Tech or education consultancy industry is a strong plus.


• Excellent communication in English & Bengali.


• Analytical, result-oriented, and proactive in testing and optimization.
