Position Title: Assistant Manager – HR operations & Payroll

Office Days: 5 Days in a Week

Location: Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

  2. Process monthly salaries, benefits, and allowances in coordination with relevant departments.

  3. Prepare payroll budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses to support financial planning.

  4. Maintain and update all HR data & Leave Management.

  5. Handle employee relations through face-to-face interactions, phone, and online support.

  6. Manage the release, experience, transfer, increment, and promotion letters as required.

  7. Handle termination and disciplinary processes in line with company policies.

  8. Coordinate with banks for salary disbursements, fund transfers (physical & online), and related support.

  9. Generate analytical reports on payroll, benefits, and workforce data for management decisions.

  10. Guide the payroll and HR operations team, ensuring efficiency and compliance in all processes with labor laws, VAT, and tax regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 4+ years of experience in payroll management and HR operations.

  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred).

  3. Hands-on experience with payroll systems, excel, and data management.

  4. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
