Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations; track employee attendance, leaves, and performance metrics using modern tools. - Recruitment & Onboarding
: Source, screen, and onboard top talent; conduct interviews and facilitate smooth integration into the team. - Administrative Support:
Oversee office logistics, including supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor coordination; handle documentation, filing, and correspondence efficiently. - Employee Engagement
: Organize training sessions, team-building activities, and policy implementations to boost morale and retention. - Compliance & Reporting
: Maintain HR records, generate reports on key metrics (e.g., turnover, attendance), and ensure adherence to labor laws. - Payroll & Benefits Administration
: Process salaries, bonuses (twice yearly), and benefits; resolve employee queries promptly.
