Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, HR & Admin to oversee HR functions, office administration, and provide secretarial support to senior management. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and compliant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee attendance, leave, and ensure HR compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS systems.
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Oversee office operations, vendor management, and procurement of office supplies and essentials.
  • Coordinate logistics, including vehicle scheduling, driver management, and travel/accommodation arrangements for management.
  • Plan and organize internal and external office events.
  • Ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained office environment.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support as required.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years' experience in HR & Admin
  • Proficiency in HR operations, labor law compliance, and general office management
  • Time management and multitasking capabilities
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and problem-solving mindset
