We're looking for a proactive HR & Admin professional who can streamline people operations, support compliance, and keep the admin backbone tight. You'll manage recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and daily admin functions to keep the organization running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
  • Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
  • Maintain HR policies, compliance records, and SOP updates.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and personnel files.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and engagement activities. Coordinate administrative operations, logistics, facilities, and asset management.
  • Liaise with management, auditors, and external authorities when required.

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HRM, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR & Admin (manufacturing experience is a plus).
  • Good understanding of Bangladesh labor law and HR operational functions.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive workflows.
  • HRIS/ERP familiarity preferred.
