to work as
a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant
to one of its
Managing Directors.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka that requires excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills. The position involves approximately
75% work-related executive support
and
25% personal assistance
, helping the Director manage his professional schedule, communications, and personal errands efficiently. The ideal candidate must be organised, detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive business and personal information with complete confidentiality. The work will involve providing support and maintaining complex systems built on open-source technologies.

We specialise in IT consulting, development, testing, and support of technological solutions. Our clients include companies from various industries, including well-known brands.

Work Schedule: On-call

First phase (2 weeks): You will work on a standard schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. After working hours (after 7:00 PM), you must be available to respond promptly to incidents escalated by the on-call monitoring team. This includes the ability to connect to project services for diagnosis and troubleshooting. Self-monitoring of the system after 7:00 PM is not required.

Your task is to be prepared to connect upon request.

Second phase (2 weeks): Standard schedule (2 weeks): You will work regular hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, without participating in on-call duties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders to ensure efficient time management.
  • Prepare agendas, notes, reports, and presentations; ensure the Director is briefed before meetings.
  • Handles professional correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the Director with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collect, summarise, and organise information from departments to support management decisions.
  • Coordinate local and international travel arrangements (tickets, visas, accommodation, itineraries).
  • Maintain well-structured records and filing systems (digital and physical) for business and personal documentation.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and reliability.
  • Assist in personal scheduling (appointments, bills, minor errands) as part of limited personal support duties.
  • Utilise modern technology and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Anticipate the Director's needs and take proactive steps to ensure seamless daily operations.

Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor/Master

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Embassy, Multinational Companies, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Must demonstrate the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  • English B2 or higher
