Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director at PRAN-RFL Group, located in Dhaka with some work from home opportunities. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various business units, developing and implementing strategic plans, ensuring financial stability, and leading a team of professionals. The Director will also be responsible for liaising with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen and budget management experience
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a flexible approach to work-from-home and office-based responsibilities
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
