JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to support the HR Director as her direct assistant, while driving operational execution across employee engagement, employer branding, and central learning initiatives. Ensure seamless coordination, timely activation of programs, and effective communication to enhance organizational culture and employee experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Executive Support
Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic assistance to the HR Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports and presentations.
2. Employer Branding
Support the execution of employer branding strategies across digital (social-first) and physical platforms to enhance talent attraction and retention.
3. Design & Communication
Develop visually appealing content and communication materials for HR initiatives using design tools, ensuring brand consistency and clarity.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams (National Functions, Business Units) and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of HR programs and initiatives.
5. Event & Engagement Support
Assist in planning and organizing HR events, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administratio or Marketing
2. Professional HR Certification (would be appreciated)
Examples: PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent recognized HR credentials.
3. Minimum 9 months – 18 months of experience in core HR functions (freshers are also welcome to apply)

Efficiently manage schedules, tasks, and priorities to support HR operations and leadership.

Eagerness to work with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships to drive engagement and learning programs.
5. Social Media & Employer Branding Awareness
Understanding of social-first strategies and trends to support employer branding and talent attraction efforts.
