Head of Custom Corporate Programs

We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented
Head of Corporate Programs
to
lead ASPIRE's engagement with global corporations, industry associations, and professional networks
. This senior leadership role will cultivate high-impact partnerships that support talent development, enhance program relevance, and drive Aspire's global influence across sectors.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Corporate Partnership Strategy
    : Design and implement a corporate engagement strategy aligned with Aspire's growth goals and market positioning.
  • Relationship Management
    : Identify, engage, and manage strategic relationships with Fortune 500 companies, multinational organizations, and industry leaders.
  • Customized Learning Solutions
    : Collaborate with corporate partners and internal teams to co-develop tailored executive education programs and workforce upskilling initiatives.
  • Revenue Generation & Growth
    : Drive partnership revenue through sponsorships, custom programs, and long-term collaboration agreements.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights
    : Leverage industry trends to inform program development and ensure continued relevance in leadership training.
  • Brand Representation
    : Represent Aspire at industry events, roundtables, and partner forums to build visibility and thought leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    : Work closely with program design, marketing, and academic teams to ensure seamless delivery of partner initiatives.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, B2B relationship management, or executive education sales
  • Proven track record of securing and managing strategic partnerships with large corporations and global organizations
  • Strong understanding of corporate learning, talent development, and leadership education trends
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Global mindset with the ability to engage across cultures and industries
  • Fluency in English and Bengali (required); additional Asian languages are a plus

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in executive education, HR strategy, or corporate learning
  • Familiarity with co-branded programs, client success models, or workforce transformation initiatives
  • Background working with C-suite stakeholders or senior L&D executives
