Job Description: Personnel Service Executive (Chinese–English–Bengali Speaking)

Position Summary

This position supports expatriate employees by coordinating visa and work-permit related procedures, arranging hospital and medical services, and handling other assigned administrative tasks. Strong communication skills in Chinese, English, and Bengali are required.

Key Responsibilities


• Coordinate visa, work permit, residence permit, and related government procedures for expatriate employees.


• Liaise with immigration offices, embassies, and internal departments to ensure timely processing.


• Arrange hospital appointments, medical checkups, and provide necessary support during medical visits.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all expatriate services.


• Provide translation and communication support (Chinese–English–Bengali) when required.


• Assist expatriate employees with onboarding, registration, and daily-life service needs.


• Execute any additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements


• Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bengali.


• Strong communication and coordination skills.


• Ability to manage time-sensitive processes with accuracy.


• Previous experience in personnel service, admin, or visa processing is preferred.
