Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Specialist located in Dhaka. The Tender Specialist will be responsible for preparing and submitting tender documents, coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. Additionally, the role involves monitoring tender deadlines, evaluating bid proposals, and maintaining accurate records of all tender documentation. The Tender Specialist will also be required to liaise with clients and stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing and submitting tender documents, and monitoring tender deadlines
  • Ability to coordinate with various departments and gather necessary information
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in evaluating bid proposals and ensuring compliance with tender requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhaka
  • Previous experience in the Oil & Gas, Telecom, IT, Construction, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
