Job Summary

The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting tenders, proposals, and bids to ensure the organization's active participation in both local and international tender opportunities. The role requires strong attention to detail, document management skills, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and track relevant tender opportunities from government portals, corporate websites, and e-procurement platforms.
  • Study tender documents, analyze eligibility criteria, technical and commercial requirements, and highlight key compliance points.
  • Make checklists for tenders (Manufacturer, principal, and local agent checklists).
  • Prepare, compile, and submit tender documentation (technical and financial proposals) accurately and within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with departments such as finance, logistics, legal, and technical teams for required documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of all tenders submitted, awarded, and pending.
  • Follow up with clients and authorities regarding bid status, clarifications, and contract awards.
  • Manage vendor registrations, renewals, and documentation on e-GP / e-tendering platforms.
  • Support contract preparation and assist with negotiation and post-award documentation.
  • Monitor tender results and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and accuracy in all tender-related activities.
  • Visit organizations for checking samples as well as taking photos and videos of sample.
  • Visit organizations to build relationships with key personnel.
  • Source products only when instructed.
  • Maintain database of vendors and clients.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or documentation (experience with government tenders preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with e-tendering platforms (e-GP, CPTU, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience of international tender participation.
