Responsibilities & Context

Position 1: Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain digital records and documents efficiently.

  • Perform accurate Bangla and English typing.

  • Assist with visa application data entry and client record management.

  • Support design needs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

  • Handle client communication via phone, email, and messaging.

  • Carry out general administrative and office support tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer literacy with a focus on MS Office and document management tools.

  • Proficiency in graphic design using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

  • Good communication and typing skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Smart, punctual, and professional demeanor.

Position 2: Junior Executive (File Processing)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage all types of visa documentation.

  • Assess applicants' academic backgrounds for visa eligibility.

  • Prepare and submit the required documents to embassies.

  • Liaise with clients and students via phone, email, text, and in-person meetings.

  • Support marketing materials or document formatting using graphic design tools.

  • Build and maintain business relationships to support company growth.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in embassies/consulates, immigration consultancy, or visa processing.

  • Strong understanding of visa application processes and embassy formalities.

  • Proficient in graphic design with solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

  • Excellent communication, computer, and customer service skills.

  • Typing proficiency in both Bangla and English.

  • Experience in tourist visa processing is preferred.
