Job Context: Junior Graphic Designer
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment. You will create engaging and visually appealing designs across digital and print platforms, working closely with our creative and marketing team to deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities
Design creative materials such as logos, posters, flyers, social media graphics, and print collateral
Support the team with basic video editing using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop and execute design ideas
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and client briefs
Stay updated with current design trends, typography, and color theory
Deliver high-quality work within deadlines while being open to feedback
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional experience
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Sketch
Basic video editing skills with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory
Ability to collaborate and take direction from senior designers
Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under deadlines
