Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Management coordinator to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing projects, working cross-functionally, and supporting the successful delivery of project goals. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn about project lifecycles in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.

·      Support in creating project documentation, schedules, and status reports.

·      Track project deliverables, milestones, and timelines.

·      Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.

·      Maintain and update project management tools (Planner, MS Project).

·      Assist with risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and task completion.

Requirements:

·      Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

·      Strong organizational and time-management skills.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

·      Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

·      Familiarity with project management tools (Planner, Smartsheet) is a plus.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
