Junior Executive
in our
Business Development Team

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Should have respect to the goal of the company for required growth
  • Work on Business Development & Physical Sales Drives of the company to generate sales lead.
  • Identify new potential clients, target upcoming clients.
  • Follow up with the potential clients with high concentration and maintain good relationship.
  • Present products and services with updated features to existing and potential clients for further feedback.
  • Prepare reports as required by the management.
  • Market Research, SWOT Analysis & framing result oriented strategies.
  • Develop Plans for Brand Image of both company & products.
  • Provide ideas for developing new products & services.
  • Professional mentality to develop your career paths to make company grow.

What we expect you to have?

  • Business Graduate (Preferably BBA in Marketing or International Business). Having training in the relevant field will act to your advantage.
  • Consistent passion for development.
  • Complete fluency in English both spoken & written.
  • Should be able to work as a part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-Motivated, fast learner with Marketing Insights.
  • Capable to work in any environment.
  • Developing approach and negotiation skills continuously.
  • Proficiency in Reporting and Presentation.
  • The candidate should formulate strategies to secure attainment in dealing

Compensation:
