About the Role

Own quality and delivery for our Shopify apps. You will lead
Jira
, write clear acceptance criteria, plan sprints, and sign off releases. Your time will be mostly
QA
, with
product ownership
to keep the team shipping predictably.

What you will do

  • Run Jira end to end, backlog, epics, stories, dashboards
  • Write acceptance criteria using Given, When, Then, set Definition of Ready and Done
  • Plan sprints, host standups, reviews, retros
  • Build and maintain regression suites, oversee smoke and release testing
  • Turn merchant feedback into scoped work with clear priorities
  • Publish release notes and coordinate with marketing

What you bring

  • 2+ years in PM or QA for web or SaaS
  • Expert level Jira, workflows, filters, reports
  • Strong test design, exploratory testing, root cause thinking
  • Experience with Playwright or Cypress is a plus
  • Shopify ecosystem familiarity is a plus
  • Excellent written English
