Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Manager located in Narayanganj Sadar Upazila. The QA Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within the company, developing and implementing quality management strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks include monitoring production lines, conducting regular audits, training staff on quality best practices, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall product quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance management and familiarity with QA methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in conducting audits and implementing quality improvement initiatives
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the RMG sector is a plus
