𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬:  We provide 24/7 support as we have users worldwide. Candidates are required to be able to cope with the shifting culture.

𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝: Two days based on Roaster

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support through chat, email, and video call to our SaaS app users
  • Find issues related to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Analyze the problem and share a detailed report with the development team if required
  • Report to the product manager about a feasible feature request
  • Other tasks assigned by the Head of the department

Required Skill Sets:

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal & written – English)
  • Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript
  • Familiar with using browser development tools
  • Troubleshooting analysis
  • Strong Logical / Analytical skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge about Shopify Liquid /  jQuery is a plus

Probation Period:

3 Months.
