Project Manager

Clicko Digital is a Dubai based fast-growing software company, specializing in high-quality Web & App development, e-commerce solutions, and UI/UX design. As we expand our operations, we're looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our in-house team. You'll play a key role in building custom applications, scalable platforms, and innovative features that power global e-commerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee multiple 
    web and app development
     projects from start to delivery.
  • Define project scope, milestones, and timelines in coordination with management.
  • Assign and track tasks using tools like 
    Nifty, ClickUp, or Jira
    .
  • Conduct 
    daily stand-ups and weekly progress reviews
     with developers and designers.
  • Coordinate with 
    UI/UX designers, frontend/backend developers, and QA
     to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients — updates, follow-ups, and feedback.
  • Identify risks or bottlenecks early and take proactive steps to resolve them.
  • Ensure proper 
    documentation, QA, and code handover
     for every project.
  • Support continuous improvement across the team — refine workflow and delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's a plus) in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing 
    Shopify, web, or app development projects
    .
  • Solid understanding of 
    SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    ecommerce ecosystem, custom web app development, or API integrations
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    Figma, GitHub, Google Workspace, and QA testing processes
    .
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification (Preferable).
