Position Overview

We are seeking a Shopify Team Head to lead and grow our Shopify Development Department.

This is a leadership role where you'll manage a team, drive innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality Shopify solutions for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Shopify developers and designers.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Shopify projects.

  • Ensure high technical standards, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.

  • Collaborate with leadership on strategies, pricing models, and service offerings.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Shopify solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Shopify development.

  • Strong expertise in Shopify Liquid, themes, apps, and integrations.

  • Proven experience working in at least two e-commerce agencies.

  • Prior experience leading teams and managing client projects.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

Salary Range: 25,000 – 35,000 BDT (based on experience and skills)

Location: Onsite – Shanir Akhra, Dhaka, Bangladesh
