Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Executive located in Dhaka. The Call Center Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve issues promptly. The individual will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service, logging call information, and effectively escalating complex queries to the appropriate departments. This role also emphasizes building strong customer relationships and exceeding client satisfaction through excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Bengali
  • Proficiency with call center software and CRM tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt in a high-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
