Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Contact Center Executive, based in Dhaka. The Contact Center Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day healthcare services, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing telemedicine services, and facilitating international medical treatments. They will also work closely with various healthcare providers and teams to ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert patient leads (online & offline) into successful treatment journeys
  • Manage 1-on-1 communication with patients, ensuring clarity and trust
  • Coordinate with international hospitals and healthcare partners
  • Maintain accurate data records and prepare daily reports
  • Collect, analyze, and respond to patient feedback
  • Manage time and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate from any university / medical / nursing college
  • Experience in call centers, customer support, or patient management preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • KPI-driven mindset with a focus on results
  • Background in healthcare (industry or academics) will be prioritized
  • Experience in Team Management and Organizational Skills

What We Offer:

  • Salary: BDT 20,000/month
  • Two annual festival bonuses
