Client Service Executive
to join our team. If you are passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless project delivery, we want to hear from you

Are you a master of:

  • Relationship Management:
    Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients.
  • Strategic Communication:
    Translating client needs and briefs into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Proactively addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Handling day-to-day operational requirements and ensuring timely project delivery.

Your role will involve:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing junior-level engagements.
  • Effectively translating client briefs and brand requirements for internal teams.
  • Taking clear and accurate meeting minutes.
  • Following up with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Conducting market research to identify client needs and potential business opportunities.
  • Tracking competitor activities and keeping a pulse on the industry.
  • Ensuring the timely handling of all financial aspects, including job estimation, billing, and collection.
  • Upselling company products and identifying new business opportunities through client referrals.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Client Service Executive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Work Hours:
9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 5 days a week (with 2 days off)
