The Role

We're looking for a confident, energetic, and people-first Client Relations Executive to be the welcoming face of our organisation. If you thrive on connecting with people, solving problems with a smile, and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Be the first point of contact - greeting patients, visitors, and clients with warmth and professionalism.

Manage appointments and schedules with accuracy and efficiency.

Handle calls, emails, and enquiries, ensuring every interaction feels valued.

Provide clear guidance on services, procedures, and next steps.

Resolve client concerns promptly - or direct them to the right person.

Support with front desk admin tasks to keep everything flowing seamlessly.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in front desk, reception, or client-facing roles (healthcare or hospitality a plus).

  • Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

  • Tech-savvy with confidence using MS Office and scheduling systems.

  • A polished, professional presence paired with a friendly, approachable style.
