Job Context : We are seeking for highly motivated and detail-oriented executive o join our growing team. The successful candidate willbe responsible for communicating with client and analyzing through the processing methods.

Job Responsibilities

Communicating with US clients through email and phone call in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve client and vendor issues and complaints in a customer-focused and empathetic way.
Continuously learn about the products and services offered by our clients in order to provide precise and accurate information to vendors and other team-members.
Collaborate with team members and management to resolve complex customer issues.
Need to have precautionary ideas for future liabilities # Take accountability for ensuring client's requirements and financialieopardy. and resolving vendor issues.
Need to be accustomed to a positive, collaborative, respectful, resilience work culture.
Adaptability and mindset to keep learning in every space.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Skils Required: Basic Computer skils., English (Llanguage), MS Office Applications, Very good skillin typing

Experience Requirements At least 1 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication, English speaking, English typing
