Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering a professional and positive client service experience under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support the management of client relationships by helping to track timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Handle day-to-day client communications via email, phone, or online platforms, escalating issues as needed.
  • Receive and review client briefs, conduct basic research, and prepare summaries for senior team members.
  • Assist in briefing Strategy and Creative teams, ensuring necessary information is shared clearly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client feedback and creative changes are communicated accurately.
  • Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, briefing notes, and follow-up actions in a timely manner.
  • Support account-related administrative tasks, including billing coordination and basic finance tracking.
  • Track project timelines and assist in monitoring progress to ensure on-time delivery of assigned tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, advertising, or brand management (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under pressure and tight deadlines.
