Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Executive located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing business relationships, building strong client relations, and handling account management tasks. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting clients through their treatment process.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Business Relationship Management and Account Management
  • Expertise in Client Relations and Relationship Building
  • Strong Communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role in the healthcare or cosmetic industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh
