Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, based in Banani, Dhaka.

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks including providing administrative support and assisting with HR-related duties, and acting as a point of contact for the management. Responsibilities include managing employee support issues, scheduling external meetings and interviews, office management, supporting recruitment, vehicle and fixed asset management, driver and support staff management

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) skills - 1 year relevant experience in service industry
  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills - 1 year relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
