Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator, based in Dhaka. The Administrator will be responsible for managing office operations, including organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. They will also oversee office supplies, coordinate with various departments, and ensure compliance with company policies. Additionally, the Administrator will support project management activities, assist with human resources tasks, and provide administrative support to senior management.
Qualifications
- Organizational and Office Management skills
- Proficiency in Administrative Support and Coordination
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience with Project Management and Human Resources is a plus
- Proficiency in using office software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable
