Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Kashimpur, Gazipur. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions such as developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing personnel management, and administering employee benefits. Daily tasks include talent acquisition, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role will also involve conducting performance evaluations, managing HR records, and providing recommendations for organizational development.

  • Proficiency in Personnel Management
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is a plus.
