Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources & Admin Officer, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Human Resources & Admin Officer will handle day-to-day HR management tasks, implement HR policies, maintain employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, managing employee records, and addressing employee concerns.

Qualifications

  • HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and HR Policies skills
  • Experience in Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
  • Experience in the garment manufacturing industry is a plus
