Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support

: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates globally.
- Onboarding Assistance

: Facilitate onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and guiding new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Employee Records Management

: Help maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and

- Daily HR Operations

: Provide administrative support to the HR team, managing tasks such as meeting scheduling, employee communications, and HR documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • An understanding of, or interest in, global trade and import-export operations.
