Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Manager located in Dhaka. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Additional responsibilities include handling employee relations issues, maintaining employee records, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Interviewing, and Onboarding skills
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Record Management
  • Experience in coordinating Training and Development programs
  • Understanding of labor laws and company policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in an HR role is a plus
