About the Role

Teachers Time is looking for a dynamic and motivated
Program Coordinator
to join our team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of training programs, maintaining effective communication with faculties and participants, and onboarding schools for teacher training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with faculties during training sessions (online and offline).
  • Maintain effective communication with training participants and address their queries.
  • Manage online sessions and LMS platforms effectively.
  • Utilize digital tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, Canva, Microsoft Office, G-Suite, etc.) to support program execution.
  • Assist in program documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to promote training programs (knowledge in marketing will be an added advantage).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in program coordination, training, or relevant fields.
  • Strong technical skills to manage online sessions and digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS platforms, Canva, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
