Position: IT Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, and manage IT training programs.

· Coordinate between trainers, trainees, and management.

· Monitor training schedules and ensure timely delivery.

· Track participant progress and prepare performance reports.

· Manage training resources, facilities, and e-learning tools.

Requirements:

·
Proven experience
as an IT Training Coordinator or in a similar role.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to handle multiple training programs at once.

· Familiarity with IT training tools, LMS, or e-learning platforms.

· Bachelor's degree in IT, Education, or related field preferred.
