Wellness Coordinator
to help shape and deliver holistic wellness programs for our global clientele. In this role, you'll play a vital part in designing impactful wellness experiences, collaborating with healthcare partners, and driving initiatives that align with our mission of delivering exceptional care beyond borders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Design:
    Collaborate with MVT teams to assess client needs and tailor wellness offerings that address physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  • Event Management:
    Organize wellness events, workshops, and seminars on topics such as stress management, mental health, fitness, nutrition, and more.
  • Partner Collaboration:
    Build relationships with top wellness vendors, therapists, fitness experts, and healthcare providers to enhance program value.
  • Content Development:
    Create and distribute wellness materials like newsletters, toolkits, and digital content to engage and educate clients.
  • Data & Reporting:
    Monitor participation and track outcomes using wellness platforms; evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Innovation & Research:
    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in global wellness and introduce fresh ideas into program development.
  • Strategic Support:
    Align wellness initiatives with broader business goals, explore new market trends, and help expand GD Assist's wellness offerings.

What you bring to the table

  • A Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in coordinating and implementing wellness programs, preferably in a corporate or healthcare environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading workshops and engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of core wellness domains – mental health, nutrition, physical activity, stress management.
  • Familiarity with wellness technology platforms and tools.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for promoting well-being across cultures and demographics.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for wellness events and partnerships.
